Participation in Airsoft involves inherent risks including BB impacts, slips, trips, falls, collisions, physical exertion and other hazards.

Nothing within these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such liability cannot legally be excluded.
R&D Airsoft / Zone X reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant whose behaviour is considered unsafe or likely to place themselves, staff or other participants at risk.

Zonex C.Q.B. is an indoor airsoft arena and event venue located at 1st Floor Euro House, St John Street, Leicester, LE1 3WL, United Kingdom.
We operate public airsoft sessions, private hire events, and sell related products via our online shop. All services are subject to these Terms and Conditions.
Making a booking: Bookings can be made via our online shop, inquiry form, email, or social media. A booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received and you have received a confirmation email.
Pricing: All prices are displayed in GBP (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of booking applies.
Payment: We accept credit and debit card payments via Worldpay. Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing for private hire events.
Private hire: Group bookings and private hire require a minimum of 10 players. A deposit may be required to secure the date. Full terms for private hire will be confirmed separately.
Cancellation by you:
Cancellation by us: If we cancel a session for any reason (including adverse conditions, insufficient player numbers, or force majeure), you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another session.
Removal from session: If you are removed from a session for breaching our site rules or for unacceptable conduct, no refund will be issued.

Participation is at your own risk. Airsoft is a physical activity that carries an inherent risk of minor injury including bruising, welts, and in rare cases more serious injury. By participating you acknowledge and accept these risks.
Zonex C.Q.B. carries public liability insurance. However, we accept no liability for:
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
Rental equipment: Rental AEGs and safety gear are provided in good working order. Any damage to rental equipment caused by misuse or negligence may be charged to the player responsible.
Personal RIFs: Players who bring their own airsoft guns accept full responsibility for ensuring they comply with our FPS and BB weight limits. All RIFs will be chronographed before each game. Any RIF found to exceed limits will be prohibited from use.
Personal property: We are not responsible for loss or theft of personal property on our premises. We recommend leaving valuables at home or in a locked vehicle.
Prohibited items: Real firearms, knives, illegal weapons, and any item not permitted by UK law are strictly prohibited on the premises.
We may photograph or film sessions for use on our website, social media, and promotional materials. By participating you consent to the use of such images or footage in which you may appear.
If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a member of staff before your session begins. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate this request.
Participants may take photos and videos for personal use. Commercial use of any footage taken at our venue requires prior written consent from Zonex C.Q.B.
